The Arc
The series moves through four phases:
Integration.
Sessions 1 and 2 address the story itself. Session 1 invites participants to see their whole history as a coherent, beautiful design. Session 2 moves to the origin point, the younger self who first absorbed the not enough message, and offers compassion and release.
Reclaiming.
Sessions 3 and 4 are about retrieval and quieting. Session 3 recovers embodied evidence from the participant's own history that the not enough story was never the whole truth. Session 4 addresses the inner critic voice that has been broadcasting that story and offers a way to turn down its volume.
Arriving.
Sessions 5 and 6 move the work outward. Session 5 is about belonging, crossing into a chosen safe space as oneself rather than as a performance. Session 6 is about receiving, allowing what is good to actually land in the body rather than being deflected.
Living it.
Sessions 7 and 8 anchor the work in the present and the future. Session 7 is a letter from the future self who has been living from enough, written back to the present. Session 8 returns to the simplest and most complete thing: the breath, the wave, this moment, already enough.
