MEET YOUR PSYCHOTHERAPIST AND CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPIST

Laurie Musick, LPC-S, CHt

I have been a Psychotherapist since 2001. I truly love what I do and am honored to hold space for this work. Clinical hypnotherapy has given me an added method of deepening the experience and creating powerful change in a shorter time.

We can do individual sessions for something you are struggling with in life, work, or relationships, including executive functioning challenges and ADHD, the exhaustion of knowing what you need to do and not being able to make yourself do it. I also offer virtual hypnosis groups with a variety of topics that many of us can relate to.

I have created an in-depth program for executive functioning called the Train Station of the Mind. This is available as individual work as well as in a group format. The manual is also available for practitioners who are ready to do this work with their own clients.

I offer a 20 minute consult call to discuss your questions and see if hypnosis is the right fit for you.

What others have experienced

"A high school athlete was extremely anxious about an upcoming tryout, afraid of repeating the anxiety she'd felt the year before. After identifying what was really blocking her and working through one hypnosis session, she arrived at the gym and grounded herself on her own, no prompting needed. She used cues from the session to walk in, find someone to connect with, and start warming up. She came out afterward, excited, proud, and said she wasn't anxious at all."

“This hypnosis gave me imagery I carry with me everywhere, a visual of comfort and love that I return to again and again. It helped clear a marketing block I'd been stuck on for a long time. Since then, I've felt so much clearer in my own voice and direction, and I'm finally creating and putting things out into the world with real momentum. Thank you for this gift."

"It's easier to sit down and start rather than dwelling on the start. I've noticed I don't need to finish a task the moment I begin it, that alone has changed everything."

"I've noticed a huge change in being able to recognize my energy levels and assigning a task that matches that energy, instead of pushing through until I crash."

-Train Station of the Mind participants

"I'm able to break down large projects into manageable steps and prioritize what needs to be done, instead of feeling paralyzed by the whole scope of my to-do list."

"Task initiation feels simpler now, less forced. I can rationalize with myself and just start, without the internal resistance that used to stop me."
