QUESTIONS
Frequently asked questions
Yes, the Practitioner Manual and Scripts are built for trained, practicing hypnotherapists to use with their own clients. If you're looking for hypnosis for yourself, the Workshops and Work With Laurie 1:1 sections are the right place to start.
The Manual is a complete system, over 100 pages that includes six scripts plus worksheets, instructions, and a full framework for running the program one-on-one or as a group. Individual scripts are exactly that, standalone material without the structure built around them. If you want a ready-to-run program, the Manual is built for that. If you just need a specific topic to add into your own existing work, individual scripts are the lighter option.
Yes. Everything is yours to adapt to your own voice, pacing, and client needs. These can be read verbatim if needed and as you develop your own style, you can be intuitive about it and make it your own.
No. Everything is for your own professional use only. Please don't copy, resell, or redistribute any materials, in whole or in part. If you find these helpful in your own practice, please send my page to colleagues who would also be interested.
You do need to already be a trained, practicing hypnotherapist, comfortable holding space and delivering trance work. This is a framework and script set, not a course in hypnosis itself.
You don't need specialized training in executive functioning specifically. I'd recommend reading through the full manual before your first session, that way you'll understand the material well enough to know if there's anything you want to research further before feeling fully comfortable guiding the processing sessions.
