Get Enough Series 7 - The Letter

For clients close to the end of their journey who need proof it's actually working. This script has them open a letter written by their own future self one who's already living from a place of enough, reflecting back exactly what changed and what's still ahead.

WHAT'S INSIDE

This script guides participants into a quiet personal space where a letter is already waiting for them, handwritten and addressed to them in their own hand. Before they open it, they sit with the embodied feeling of enough, in the presence of themselves or a person, place, or situation that holds that feeling for them. Then they open the letter and receive what their future self has written back, what shifted in relationships, what they stopped apologizing for, what ordinary life feels like now that enough is no longer in question. The open palm receives the letter and carries everything it holds forward. Appropriate for individual sessions and virtual group delivery. No personalization required.

QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions

What is clinical hypnosis, and how is it different from stage hypnosis?

Clinical hypnosis is a focused, relaxed state used therapeutically to create real, lasting change, nothing like stage hypnosis. You stay aware and in control the entire time; it's simply a deeper, more receptive state for the work we're doing together.

Will I be "stuck" in trance, or lose control?

No. Hypnosis is a natural, focused state, similar to the feeling of getting absorbed in a good book or daydreaming on a long drive. You're aware the whole time, and you can hear everything happening around you. You're always in control, hypnosis just helps your mind get quiet enough to hear what it already knows. I will guide you out safely and easily when the session is over.

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on what you’re working through. Many people feel a shift in one session. I am happy to meet with you for a 20-minute consult to uncover what your needs are.

Do I need to be a hypnotherapist to buy the practitioner materials or scripts?

Yes, the Practitioner Manual and Scripts are built for trained, practicing hypnotherapists to use with their own clients. If you're looking for hypnosis for yourself, the Workshops and Work With Laurie 1:1 sections are the right place to start.

What's the difference between a Single Session and the full Train Station of the Mind program?

A Single Session is one focused hypnosis session tailored to something specific you're navigating right now. Train Station of the Mind is a complete 13-session arc built specifically for executive functioning, task initiation, overwhelm, and follow-through, guided from intake through completion.

Do I have to share personally in the group workshops?

The in-person workshops have a natural opportunity for sharing, as well as the virtual train station of the mind program. I encourage you to share. If there is an example you are facing that I can incorporate into the hypnosis, then it will benefit you to share that. Sharing is not required, but my hope is for you to feel ready for change and to get the most out of your investment. The Enough Series and the Monthly Trance dates are not designed for sharing, these are universally applicable. You just show up for the topic you are curious about, lay back and open your mind to new pathways of healing.

What if I can't attend a live virtual session?

All sessions will be recorded through zoom and sent to you afterward. If you have a membership, all recordings will be available to you at any time. It is most important for you to create the space for your session, by have a distraction free area, headphones, a calm atmosphere.
