Train Station of the Mind: In-Person Group is a four-session clinical hypnosis experience for adults navigating executive functioning challenges, including ADHD, burnout, and the ongoing experience of knowing what to do and struggling to actually do it.
Delivered in person, in a small group of 6-8, each session works with a specific skill. Task initiation and choosing where to focus. Energy awareness and pacing, learning to work with your actual capacity instead of pushing past it. Overwhelm relief and organization and finding a place in your mind that feels clear even when there's a lot going on.
Each session includes group discussion alongside the hypnosis itself, a chance to hear how this shows up for others in the room, not just yourself. Along the way, the group works with limiting beliefs, old messages many of us have carried for years about focus, follow-through, or our own capability, and begins releasing them, replacing them with new, more accurate beliefs each person builds for themselves.
By the fourth session, you'll have a set of anchors, small physical cues tied to each skill, that you carry with you long after the group ends.
